Once again, the A04 units are neglected.
just got my tracking number for order 14224 with a pretty glaring issue. A few months back I paid the gap between the A04 and A06, but the shipping email still says A04. Just want to make sure that info is not accurate and I am in fact getting the A06.
I’m in the same boat, except I haven’t received a tracking number. Just wrote an email to Alex to see if he can clear up the issue because I think he also handles the help@clockworkpi.com address.
Got mine tracking number as well. Order number 14001. Many thanks.
Whoohoo! Got my tracking number for the A06! My order number is very low 15000s.
Hi Alex. Been following this thread for many months. i agree we should keep it open until the shipping is done then party all across the whole forum and discord. I have this page bookmarked. The forum neatly drops me where i left off, i read read read until i’m caught up, then close it for a few more weeks.
Responding about you having to upload things one by one on the computer. Have you ever considered writing a little robot script? It can be done in not too much time. Maybe watching a few minutes of this video will be useful to you.
If that seems like it would be helpful, download the open source software on github. GitHub - RaiMan/SikuliX1: SikuliX version 2.0.0+ (2019+)
Thank you, but our website is built on Wix, which doesn’t have access for automatic upload script. I’ve consulted with their R&D and it’s confirmed. Bad news for me
Yes it’s a A06. Wix backstage doesn’t allow product change so it appears unchanged.
The OS will be done in this week. We’ll start shipping in next.
Damn I didn’t get a tracking number for my order yet, 14781. @AlexDuan is there something wrong?
Neither do I. Order #15476
As a scrapping enthusiast I can only say one word Selenium
Received my conformation over 24 hours ago! Order 139xx/A06 shipping to the US.
Sikuli lets you write a script for anything. It will take over your mouse and keyboard to do repetitive tasks. SImilar to Selenium, but I find it’s simpler to understand. It’s about a 5 minute learning curve. Check out the video! Otherwise, good luck.
fwiw, I also enjoy picturing each order being handled by hand with such care.
Guys, like I mentioned before, I’m currently uploading tracking numbers manually, so it may take a few days to be done.
Also, the carriers are still processing some of the packages because this time we’ve sent them a much bigger load.
Just a few days, only for the process.
Love you all.
@persakiss @lonewsk
Thanks man. I’ll take a look when I have time. Super busy these days
Hi All, I’m very new to here, and wondering the correct place to write.
I got a tracking number on 9:27pm Nov. 9th JST. It said that the information was given on 8th, and that the delivery would be made by 6:00pm Nov. 10th JST. However, the delivery is pended at this moment. It seems that packets are still held on the stock yard. Probably, those who had tracking numbers on the similar timing might have the same situation.
I can wait for restarting the delivery. I paid for a Devterm; I had not buy an existing device, but I had bet guys in ClockworksPi to complete such a fancy device.
BTW, this kind of thing requires planning, development, production, and management at the same time. I understand you are quite busy. However; for us, investors, visualization of progress in each step is most useful information to reduce frustrations. If you can provide a table which shows not only production status but also shipping progress, many of us stop posting complains, I guess. The table should be
±-----------±---------------------±----------------±-----------------------±--------------±---------------------±----------------±------------------±------------------+
| product | total count of order | count processed | last order # processed | count shipped | last order # shipped | count remaining | production status | product remaining |

‘processed’ means what you gave information to a courier, and ‘shipped’ means what the courier gave you as response.
Yeah, I’m in much the same situation: got a tracking number, was supposed to be delivered yesterday, nothing happening.
And it’s the same for another Fedex shipment for an AliExpress purchase that’s supposed to be delivered today, also coming from Hong Kong.
This isn’t ClockworkPi, this is clearly a Fedex snarl-up, specifically affecting shipments from Hong Kong (in my case, to the UK).
As it’s Black Friday in the US, I suspect there might be higher than usual demand for consumer electronics clogging up their logistics …
Black Friday is the day after Thanksgiving. That’s 2 weeks from now.
Am not American: I don’t keep track of foreign holidays.
Even factoring that into account, two weeks out is about right for shipping to be ramping up. Add COVID delays on top (shortages of staff) and the disrupted supply chains and it’s not too surprising that things are running late.
But who knows? Maybe we’ll get our A06’s by Thanksgiving.
