Ordered mine in November 2020. Order #13… I received a FedEx Tracking mail one week ago on the 9th. Status: Label Created. Two days later the the status switched to: Pending. Nothings happens.
It’s frustrating. First in first out should be the norm.

Have you contacted FedEx? In my case I got an e-mail from them asking for some info like my ID number so they can clear customs. Maybe its pending because they still need something?
I doubt, FedEx needs additional information shipping to Europe. The tracking page says:
LABEL CREATED - Shipment information sent to FedEx
My understanding is, that the package was not even handed over to FedEx. I received plenty of packages from overseas, never had a problem.

What does this mean? That we should also pay customs now?
You always have to pay custom if the VAT/Import tax are not paid upfront. If you want to complain, complain to your own country custom service. When you imports any good in any country, you are responsible to pay for VAT and Import duty.
But pending here is more likely that the label was printed, but FedEx haven’t had the parcel yet. Please be patient. Label tend to be created in batch and faster than parcel are filled and shipped, and FedEx (as for other courier) do take thing in batch. Also possible, thing has been shipped on a palette but individual parcel hasn’t been scanned yet. Again, please be patient, it will get sorter soon 
This only mean that the label has been created and fedex have your info for that label, nothing more, nothing else
Now my FedEx tracking has been updated. The parcel was picked up, new scheduled delivery to Germany is 11/22.

So FedEx ask to give our siret number (enterprise number)… But we are personal user and not enterprise… 
Awesome news! I have a close friend that ordered an A04 and I keep him up to date on shipping news, he’ll be happy!
It’d be great if we could hear when the last of the A06 tracking numbers has been sent out so we know not to worry until then

I too would like to hear when the last of the A06’s ship and we all should have expected to receive an email, as I’ve yet to hear anything. I’m just hoping to receive it by the end of the year, but I also want to follow up quickly if mine got lost in the process since it was a late order (153xx). It’s a bit worrying to have heard nothing if the A04s are on the verge of shipping. Even if it’s just packaged up and waiting to be sent, it would be nice to have some kind of confirmation.

Same for my late order is 153xx and so far no information was shared. Would be nice to get a definite answer.

Guys, good news. Although my neck is killing me, all A06 tracking numbers has been uploaded. 4 hours facing the PC is not a good choice of my age😅
Now, let’s focus on A04s.
They are during packing, this should be quick.
I’m working with our shipping partner to schedule a shipping window, but it may take some time, because the traffic jam is still on.
I must be honest as I promised. I’ll work double time to speed up, and my guys are also giving all they have. Dealing with the carriers has been a nightmare. But we don’t have many options, DHL and FedEx control most of international express at this time. There are some other ways, but none is as safe as they are. Some carriers don’t even give estimated delivery date.
Please trust me on this.
I’ll report to you when I have more to tell.
