Hi Everyone, I just received my uConsole clockworkpi CM-D 4 GB kit and im so exicted. i would like to download a security OS like Kali linux but every version i download and flash via Balena Ethcer is currpoted at validation stage. can you help?
Hi! Personally, I uses Rpi imager to flash my SD. It’s more safe than Balena, whiteout any error at flash.
Could you share links to some of the non-working OSes you’ve tried?
If they were archived, did you ensure you were using software that was aware of this, or unarchive the OSes for writing?

I had same issue with Balena. Problem was corrupted SD card. Try another SD card.
More like, Balena is the wrong app. Use Raspberry Pi Imager.

Worked for me with balena,too. Downloading, SH checksum, burning to SD with Balena works fine, after this Balena tries to validate and this will fail. Usage of this SD will fail too.
