I literally just assembled it. Have not updated the UF2 on it. The top “row” on my screen looks like this.
Anyone else get that?
I have already triple checked my screen connection. It’s straight, fully inserted.
Make sure your Pico is seated properly, I’d also try using flash_nuke.uf2 on it and then flash it with one of the other firmware on the SD card. If that shows up on a different firmware, you might have bad hardware.

Strange, possibly the display itself as communication is serial. Fingers crossed for you..

You might want to check if there is any damage to the screen, this is what I got after assembling everything. The glitchy text is somewhat similar but all over my screen and there is a noticeable crack at the bottom.

I encounted the same problem. I hope they can find another model of the screen which is not that fragile.
