I literally just assembled it. Have not updated the UF2 on it. The top “row” on my screen looks like this.

Make sure your Pico is seated properly, I’d also try using flash_nuke.uf2 on it and then flash it with one of the other firmware on the SD card. If that shows up on a different firmware, you might have bad hardware.

Strange, possibly the display itself as communication is serial. Fingers crossed for you..

I encounted the same problem. I hope they can find another model of the screen which is not that fragile.
