They say 90 business days lead time and without a CM4 that’s mostly true. If you get a CM4 one it can take a lot longer.
I mean, the device unfortunately is made to order. I think it would be better to point that out on the order page, but I get your frustration. Chinese new year doesn’t end until September 12th this year, so I doubt they’re going to ship anything until the end of the month (assume they finished a batch and sent them all out before they went on holiday). The product is real, I see people post pictures of theirs all the time, and I have read on the forums here that people have gotten their orders refunded when they ask so I’m not worried about the credibility of clockwork. They’re business model just seems different than what most consumers are used to, you give them the money to fund the production and when they get around to it you get your order lol.

Lolz the new year over their feels like it last until September. 2 more days of no work or no good work will be done.
i wonder if i can change my order to not include a CM4 if that means the delay will be shorter?
You can and you should. And yes that will shorten the waiting time.
emailed alex today and he was super quick to respond and refunded me the price difference and modified my order to without a CM4. now the question is should i just get the CM5 to put in it.
wait till shipment notification. right now there is no audio in cm5.

yea i’ve seen that and the internal sound card mod to get sound working. might go that route until sound is working natively so i don’t end up buying a cm4 and cm5
Does anybody knows which is the last known number of shipment confirmation?
Haven’t seen one in a bit. Based on last year’s comment they were on holiday for Chinese New year till around this time.

What will be the delivery time the site says, estimated 9 business days, also could be 90 days.
Reading this topic it isnt clear how long the delivery will take. Some waited almost a year?! I don’t wanna wait that long, Uconsole is struggling since the begin with delivery ?! is it worth it to order now the site does says its in stock. If the waiting list is that long i will not order

I would say it is closer to the 90 day mark. Looking at past orders that have shipped it appears that they are able to hit that time frame or close to it. I wouldn’t expect it before that and going with the no core option and sourcing the CM4 or CM5 yourself seems to shorten your wait.

Personally for me I got the black which will add time but I think it’s totally worth it. What you get for the money is pretty hard to find anywhere else. Just the aluminum case would probably cost as much as the uconsole.

When did you ordered?
Do you know how much extra time exactly does the black color option adds? If grey is 3 months, how much is for black?
Also, why is there a difference? 
Isn’t it just the same but painted?
