Its odd how they do things. I ordered in December 15 of 2024 and orders in 2025 are shipping before it. I ordered silver wifi no core. If you don’t mind sharing what area you are from for those who got the March 1st shipping notice. (Europe, North America etc) I am Just curious if they are shipping batches as per area.
Yes I agree it is odd, I’m in Canada.
those in the is i received a shipping notice from DHL “PARCEL FROM HK.”, but haven’t gotten an email from clockwork. i can’t think of anything that this would be other than my uconsole. can anyone confirm carrier and if their delivery info is the same. thanks guys

I have not received any emails from ClockWorkPi or the shipper, but went to check my fedex account after seeing REDROBRC’s last post. I show a shipment from KWUN TONG HK. I guess mine has shipped also. Strange that I did not receive any notification.

All of these sound like your uConsoles being shipped. I obviously don’t work for Clockwork so take that info with a grain of salt. Double check your junk email folders to see if the email from Clockwork accidentally went there.

Less than 3 calendar months, not bad especially considering the break for Lunar New year holiday.
#326** ordered at end of January has shipped via dhl - got the dhl notification before email i just got from clockwork. No core black with wifi. Looks like a batch has been triggered for many of us. Thanks to all this updating/replying here.

I’m wondering why people are still buying the Core CM4 when the CM5 has already been released and offers better performance
I purchased a WiFi + 4G module without the core under order #332xx on mar 1st . Can I expect this to be shipped together with the current batch?
The cm4 is a known working configuration, cm5 still has a few bugs (being hammered out every day lately).

I agree with your point. I am a beginner who has just started exploring Raspberry Pi and have no prior programming experience. In fact, one of the reasons I’m considering ordering the uConsole is its beautifully designed metal casing. Based on the review videos, it has a great texture and appearance. I also enjoy trying out DIY projects that interest me, and for a personal device, this casing alone is worth the price.
In Chinese idioms, there is a phrase that perfectly describes someone like me—a complete outsider: “买椟还珠” (mǎi dú huán zhū).
It literally means “buying the ornate box but returning the pearl,” referring to someone who values the superficial appearance while overlooking the true essence!
