50 days for a full DevTerm is not bad at all. Makes you think about getting an extra 
I ordered mine (uconsole) in early November. No delivery, no replies to e-mails neither.

if you have CM4 module in your order – you may ask to remove it.
they will refund you (~80 EUR) and uconsole should be (may be probably) shipped faster (and you can consider CM5 instead)

I just ask and friendly Alex told me that My #347XX silver without CM4 still has two batches ahead, but it will probably deliver in May. It’s glad to know and I will go on waiting, it won’t be long.
I am interested to prototype a board with the files available under their github page. The bill of materials will be expensive and problematic but easily doable with local pcb guys and smd solders if you are willing to take the risk. Raspberry Pi came out like that, and today we have heck a lot of stuff being built upon.
Rather than being an angry customer, think of how you could contribute to the platform clockwork pi is offering.
I see what most people fail to ask is how can we build our own? source our own parts? Do you know AliExpress is ripping apart the sales with knockoffs.

I’m in America, so yes that could be the issue. However, I do not know how items purchased a year ago are affected by the tariffs.
