Highest order number that received the shipment notice

Ordered: Oct 2, 2025 #434xx

Black, WiFi only, no core.

Received: May 10, 2026 in the US.

I did get tired of waiting and I had several CM4s and CM5s sitting around, so I ordered one in the same configuration from OpensourceSDRlabs’ Aliexpress store, which I received in about ten days or so. It cost about $15 more all up with shipping, but I’d suggest that route for those who don’t want to wait.

It’s not priority, it’s consistency. Imagine you buy 10 units this month, and then in 3 weeks you order another 10 units, and 3 weeks after that, you order 10 more units… At some point, you have a steady flow of units coming in.

Maybe I am wrong and they have some secret meetings where Clockworkpi gets the same profits but decides to sell 50% of their units to resellers, idk. But I can reason that if I personally ordered 5 units every month over the last 7 months, I would have a steady supply for the next 5 months without having lunch with Alex.

It’s a business to be a reseller, so they plan ahead. They order ahead. They don’t wait until they sell out to order more units and then call Alex at ClockWork to get their units quicker… Or maybe they do, idk but everything isn’t a conspiracy.

Come on dude, this is not about conspiracy theories. I’m just talking about the facts.
The main manufacturer is not able to deliver products within the timeline mentioned in their own policy, while on the other hand resellers are delivering the same product much faster. That’s what feels weird to many customers.

I’m not blaming or pointing fingers at anyone. I just think the manufacturer should also look into this situation from the customer side. That’s it. Anyway, you’re smart enough to understand the point.

there is some weird stuff going on, because the resellers went out of stock and restocked a few times last year while clockwork barely shipped anything to customers last year.

I do think most people complaining here severely overestimate the popularity of the device, clockwork sells a few thousand a year, there aren’t thousands of them being siphoned off to resellers.

And clockwork really should update their 90 day timeline regularly, and probably sell the 4g separately and stop including the cm4 so they only have 2 variants and therefore less inconsistency in the delivery time

And at the moment, it will be difficult to deliver orders, including the CM4, that were placed and paid for 6 or 9 months ago. You can hardly get hold of a CM4 for that price at the moment.

We are getting close to the people that ordered in November

I placed an order in July 2025 (Order No.: 41xxx; no Core; Wi-Fi only; Black).
When I inquired in March, I was told it would be shipped in April, but since it still hadn’t been shipped by May, I canceled the order.
The refund was processed quickly.

Exactly. If the order included a CM4 and was already paid for, then they should have ordered or reserved the CM4 at that time itself, not after the delivery period.

That’s why people are questioning the delay. Customers expect the required components to be secured once the order is confirmed.

We don’t really know how the company operates.

It was said even before the price increases that orders without CM4 are processed more quickly. I don’t know whether that’s true or not. The fact is, however, that a price increase - and such an extreme one at that - is, thank goodness, exceptional for electronic components. And despite all the frustration over delivery times, clockwork has always delivered so far, or issued a refund upon request.

However, the company could actually revise its estimated delivery times. On the safe side, perhaps with a range of 90 - 180 working days or similar.

here you go — they really should update the delivery timeframe in their policy to something more realistic, like 90–180 working days. That would at least set proper expectations for buyers.

And maybe they should also add reseller links for people who want faster delivery, even if it costs a bit more

I wonder if the orders for October-November will be shipped in the same batch. Can I ask Katie if you sent a mail or you go mail about the delivery?

I intially got email from FedEx and had no idea what they were on about, so I ignored it, then a couple of days later got an email from Clockwork saying they had posted it.
I`v never sent an email to Clockwork except once to Alex but that was about the PicoCalc screen ages ago and not related to the uConsole.
I noticed another UKer further up is also receiving theirs, so that idea about them being sent in batches to different countries seems logical.

Thanks! Given the current trade climate between this hemisphere and the far east maybe this will be delayed just a bit over here…

Thanks for another data point. I ordered the exact same configuration in August, so hopefully mine will be shipping soon. So far I have no email from ClockworkPi and no email from any couriers.

I hope you enjoy your uConsole and it was worth the wait

I’ve been sending an email asking for an update about once every 3 (ish) months or so, and usually i’d get a response. Now I don’t
