I would like to clarify my order status

I placed my Picocalc order on September 25, 2025. Except the order confirmation email, I got no information about anything. I wrote emails two times, asking for information and update - no response. Is the customer service as overwhelmed as the production? I understand that production time is very long, but I would like to be reassured that my order is actually processed and not lost.

As you have received an order confirmation, you know that your order has not been lost. I would wait at least the advertised 60 working days before asking about the status.
