That’s a standard email he sends out, if you search for the text I’m sure you can find more people who got told the same.
But if you look at the various shipping threads here or in the discord you see something different with some versions waiting much longer than others

I ordered mine in late November and had no info from them. I finally cancelled my order and got a refund about 2 weeks ago.
But a few months ago I had place an order with Open Source for the same Uconsole and it was at my door in 11 days from the day I ordered it. Everyone I have seen on line that orders from them shares the same story that they get it in 2 weeks. The price is within a few dollars and some have even saved money as shipping was less. Not sure why so many refuse to cancel their orders and get it elsewhere.
