You did alright actually as China’s longest holiday autumn break was in the middle 8 days. China National Holidays 2025 Schedule and Adjusted Working Days I ordered mine Nov 2nd so am still fancying January now with a relatively clear 80+ days. Chinese new year isn’t till February 17th.
Auch ich habe mehr als 60 Tage gewartet. Und dann hatte ich meinen zweiten PicoCalc.

Wenn sie mir die Bauteile als Bausatz geschickt hätten, hätte ich ihn selbst in weniger als 30 Tagen verlöten und zusammenbauen können.
I’m still waiting patiently for my Picocalc to arrive. I’ve got a Pico 2WH waiting to make it better. That board was hard to find and eventually I had to get it from China. That took about a month doing that. I’m looking forward to working with it.
I started ordering clockwork products and accessories approx two months ago. Since then I buy SBCs, screws, antennas and screen protectors. I print 3D objects in different colors, read all forum content and order more accessories.
Either I’ll be getting a PicoCalc or a uConsole delivered soon, or I need a therapy.

Thanks for finding that notice, it’s just what Alex told me. Alas, 60 days has come and gone and still no shipping notice.
I’m in France and still waiting for the shipment email notification. I ordered my first PicoCalc device and as maple wrote on November I understand the delay can be quite important. I use this waiting time to have a look at the many projects which are really inspiring, and am trying to prepare mine. The time of coding and building will arrive soon…
Another month has gone by and I’m still waiting…
It arrived today! I put it together and when I powered it on I discovered that the LCD was cracked. A very subtle crack; it wasn’t visible until I turned the unit on and the backlight illuminated the problem. I hope I can secure a replacement quickly!
Unfortunately, this seems to happen often during assembly, as the display appears to be very sensitive.
Yes, I know. I carefully cleaned the LCD because it was dirty and didn’t notice any flaws. It wasn’t until the backlight came on that I could see it was cracked. Very disappointing!
Try to contact Alex from clockwork and ask how to proceed. Experience shows that he is always very helpful.
My order has just been shipped today from HK to France. I ordered the PicoCalc on 27th of october. Hope it arrives soon !
Contacted Alex and he says that a replacement will be sent out. I hope it’s sooner rather than later.

When I scratched the glass of my PicoCalc entirely of my own fault and asked to buy a glass replacement, it was sent promptly and I was only charged the shipping and not the cost of the glass.
There it is! My PicoCalc arrived today. Thanks for the quality of the packaging. It is to have a look at the numerous features of the device now.

Whatever you do make sure your screen is taped down before you add the motherboard! And even then be very careful!
Got a notification from FedEx today; they want $16,00 from me to get my LCD delivered. Grrrr…
I ordered mine in November, but I still hadn’t received anything by mid-December, so I sent an email.
The response from customer support was that (as stated on the website) due to stock issues, every order is shipped exactly two calendar months after it is placed.
In fact, exactly two months and a couple of days later, I received an email from FedEx informing me that my parcel was on its way.
The only unpleasant surprise was the €32 in customs charges I had to pay to the courier.
