After waiting 2 months for my package and it hitting customs where i have to pay 50% of the whole console price + getting a new battery with the whole situation i’m just tired of it and dont really care anymore.
Is it possibly to get a refund if i refuse the customs and its send back?

Also you have to pay customs when ordering from
another country outside the EU so you should always expect to pay customs because that’s the law.
Unless you’re in the US etc then I’ve no clue how it works.
I’ll be honest with you, I received mine and there was no customs charge to pay. I really don’t know how it works. I had to pay customs for delivery of an Odroid-Go, but not the Gameshell.
If you can’t get a refund worked out, another option for you would be to offer it for sale in this forum, but please do check with the mods before you do that. It would be nice to see if someone in the community will adopt it from you instead .
