Dear Alex:
Is there any chance that we could send out China orders first? currently there is no fair for Chinese customers. We shall not be punished due to USA government want some restrictions to China.
I do understand fair is something you try to make for the community, but please, the so called fair is established on something not fair, so it is at the end unfair. And especially, don’t do this to your compatriots.
You can tell me if you’d not just let some of us to spoil the others, I’d wait. But the explanation is very weird, while shipping interiorly requires no extra proceddures.
As a user in mainland China who pre-ordered uconsole, I feel that the official approach this time is somewhat inappropriate. Firstly, I can accept the practice of shipping orders in sequence for the sake of “fairness,” but I cannot accept the current situation where the goods have clearly been produced, and we, as domestic users in mainland China, have to wait for various customs processes. Are we supposed to wait until customs clearance is complete and all overseas users have received their uconsole before we, as users in mainland China, can finally receive the product? Is this what they call “fairness”? Fairness should mean shipping orders in sequence, regardless of whether it’s overseas or in China.
Secondly, the communication from the official is currently highly inefficient. I understand that dealing with customs (especially between China and the United States) is challenging, but the official should appear more frequently to communicate and inform us of the progress. Moreover, it is crucial for the official to release more pictures of finished products and various videos demonstrating the product’s functionality, allowing users to have a glimpse and alleviate the agony of waiting. This is not a particularly difficult task, yet every time the official appears, they only provide a brief statement, disappear for two weeks, and then reappear with a few more sentences, constantly repeating this process. It’s hard for users to feel reassured in such circumstances.
Congrats on feelings and entitlement. You know that there is no concept of “fairness” here. You pre-ordered a product from a tiny boutique company. You have zero guarantee of anything and the company “owes” you only 2 things… a product or a refund. With that said, if you’re not happy, ask for a refund. Outside of that, have a nice day and enjoy the product once you receive it.
After purchasing in November, I tried to refund due to shipping problems, but I can’t trust the clockworkpi team. No one is responding to the refund issue right now. Is there any way I can talk to the CS manager? Message email site chat 3 days no one is responding. I’m not commenting on a topic with malicious intent. If my problem is solved, I will delete the comment.
I can’t agree with this view at all.
I don’t know what it would be like to meet this situation abroad. In mainland China, the consumption law stipulates that if the merchant fails to deliver on time due to his own reasons, he will be required to double the deposit.
On some shopping platforms such as (Taobao), if the order is overdue and not shipped, in addition to getting the full payment back, you can also contact the platform customer service to request a certain amount of compensation (of course, this amount will be deducted from the merchant’s deposit) .
People trust you to advance money to you, only to get a joke instead. Then it was said that “the money has been refunded, and you have nothing to lose”. I think apart from laws and rules. Nor is it humanly appropriate. What’s more, people are just asking for more clear progress information.
