This would have been back when you originally ordered, confirming the order. If you didnāt receive it, Iād check and make sure the order was completed (was money taken out of your account?). If yes, reach out to support.

Money was already transferred from my-account via paypal(credit card) in mean time (was 2022/Oct/25) as Iāve checked my paypal transaction mailā¦

Been looking around and here is what i have seen so far: From what people have posted on the forums confirming receipt of their shipping emails it looks like the first batch was orders 190xx through 192xx. I cant be sure how far into the 192xx range was covered as it seems to have stopped before my order in low 193xx and no other 193xx orders before mine have been confirmed on here.
Iāll prob see mine in 2024 then bc mine is 206xx smh

213xx here, no console yet, but the R01 module I ordered separately shipped (215xx).
I ordered in February, got an email from Stripe (payment processing company) that my payment went through to Clockwork Tech LLC and nothing after that. No official email from the Clockwork team. Am I supposed to be waiting for my confirmation or did they never receive my order?

216XX here, I wish I knew about uConsole before, ordered on the first day I knew about it, hoping it arrived before the end of September. I ordered the CM4 without 4G or the compute module.
