Same. Found my way here from Pocket PC, where Source Parts took my $220, then left me and bunch of good folks hanging.
So even though I think that delays due to “improvements” are just fine, I am very skeptical of that reasoning, and hope one day to not have to put “improvements” in quotations.
Can you tell me if I can have the tracking number to know where and when I will receive it?
Cordially
Ulysse FARDIN, the husband of Isabelle CRUZ who the latter ordered the Clockworkpi UCONSOLE from you in February or March.
Source Parts never even released pictures of a product close to production for the PocketPC, and their only other product that actually shipped anything was a single SBC in tiny numbers. Their whole PocketPC is a bunch of renders with different colored keyboards and a Trust Me Bro sales pitch to secure funding and even have a KickStarter style funding bar on the main page.
The uConsole has full working prototype photos and didnt even go up for pre-order until they were almost ready for mass production. The uConsole also uses most of the same parts as the DevTerm, so its not like they are making the entire thing from scratch again either. CWPi have been actively communicating and open about any issues or reasons for any delays and im very confident they will ship soon.
