Hi,
I noticed that the board has a “USB-C port for flashing: can be used to flash the eMMC version computer module.”

Does this mean I don’t need a developer board to flash the eMMC module?
Also, is there any documentation on how to use this port for flashing?

Yes, you don’t need another IO board to flash it. Just put the position #1 of the dip switch to ON.

Then connect the adapter board’s USB-C port to your computer and follow this article to flash it.

Lock the CM4/5’s EEPROM (kinda like a BIOS for the PC) so it can’t be flashed.
