I do beef roast, chicken, pork chops and tenderloin… the best chicken I’ve done is thighs - 150 deg F for about 3 hours… I cook them in 1 quart bags then chill with ice then freeze. When we want some meat I’ve already cooked we just put them back in teh sous vide at the cook temp for about an hour then throw on the grill and put some color on them - they are already done… just need some color…

Ooh, never saw that project before, looks very neat. I love the backlit blackberry keyboard with a super simple reflective LCD. If the uConsole didn’t exist id probably have jumped on something like that for tinkering.

3d printed case design… so I’ll have a uConsole and a mini me uConsole… (pocket sized) - but only one core … so it will be text only … sigh…
In 2022, I saw someone selling a development version of the product on a second-hand trading platform in China. It was almost the same as BeepBerry, but it included GPS and a small battery display. I don’t know if they were the same person.

its more of a portable zero with the raspbery pi in it like that. will be usefull for text based applications . thats about it. maybe some games.
I used to be a hardcore gamer, but now I just play Raid on my gaming PC, but the game just plays itself. I suppose I just only play idle clicker games now. Cookie Clicker turned me down this path. Those darn cookies…
