HackerGadgets' uConsole Upgrade Kit - adding NVME SSD(PCIe), RJ45 Ethernet and USB 3.0 to your Uconsole

If it’s open connection, that ain’t right. You can take the ribbon out and test the pin 4 track( as the arrow pointed in the previous photo) if it’s open.

Can you take a photo of the Pi5 ribbon cable installed in the uConsole.

If you want to connect battery board to the Pi5, battery is required.

That’s the transitor, the resistor is shown as follow.

Same here. I ordered two uConsoles and two Upgrade kits. Today the first Upgrade kit arrived, but I am still waiting for the uConsole(s).

Anticipation is half the pleasure… :joy:

I ordered the uconsole in september, without core but with lte… so I guess perhaps i could hope for February ish…? fingers crossed

Even smaller :see_no_evil_monkey: Thanks

If the ribbon came with the battery board works on the Pi5, then it must be something wrong with the battery board, you can contact us via the contact page to arrange a replacement.

received mine yesterday.. now need to find time to install it

Just received my kit an hour ago. 30 minutes later, I’m booting from NVMe. Easy peasy. Great job, @vileer!

All orders without the AIO V2 or the antenna mounting kit have been shipped.

I just wanted to check if that includes ones with the Radxa board but no AIO v2 or antenna kit?

The estimated shipping date for the Radxa version will be 4-5 days before the AIO v2.

Good to know, thankyou for all your hard work with bringing these upgrades to life!

Hi @vileer, I have asked a friend in Japan to order an AIO v2 board (with antena kit). May I ask about the estimated shipping time to Japan? I hope he can receive the package before Lunar New Year, then he will bring it to me in Vietnam. Thanks!

The estimated shipping date of the AIO v2 will be around 30 Dec.

What’s the holdup with the antenna boards? Not the AIO, but just orders with the antenna board. Thanks.

The antenna board will be upgraded to the version with 7 SMA connectors. So the estimated shipping date was pushed back, too.

How do we get to 7? I always end by 6. SDR, Lora, GPS, CM5 Wifi and 2 from Wifi Card.

What am i missing?
