10 months is what it took for this guy. Order # 23… But a nice unit. So nice that other people see it, like it, want it. If the order fulfillment time wasn’t 10 months I would probably buy more as gifts for friends. The world could end in ten months. Black, CM4, no LTE

Without a CM4 they seem to be able to meet the 90 business day claim, some have even gotten it faster.
People claim that there isn’t a CM4 shortage but there is shortage if you want to pay a fair price and I think ClockeWorkPi is only getting them when they aren’t overpaying.
Seems like black units are also quite backordered. The latest black unit with a CM4 to ship is from around October 2023. That’s still about 6 months before I ordered at the beginning of March. I suspect that I won’t get a shipping notice for another 3 or more months meaning that the wait time is about 9 months.
I’ve somehow managed to avoid paying scalper/reseller prices for Pi’s. I always seem to get lucky whenever I need one and they just fall into my hands.
This uConsole is an early birthday gift for my son but I’m going to wait for him to get it all set up and then play around with it a bit. See how much use I’d really get out of it(though the geek inside of me is screaming for me to just buy it now)
People are receiving black units with CM4s now, apparently clockwork had trouble with the black anodizing but now has been making and shipping a lot of them.
I believe it is likely you will soon get yours too.

I meant Black/CM4 ORDERED in October 2023 are now shipping. It will be a few more months for me since I ordered beginning of March 2024.

Ordered mine back in September 15th 2023, black shell with CM4 included (I didn’t know there were still supply issues with CM4 back then), order number #23226, received it last week (end of June) - Poland, Europe. So that’s over 9 months and yes, I’ve managed to forget I even ordered a uConsole

Welp. So much for that idea. I’ve tried to check on the spreadsheet today, but google says the document was deleted. Same thing with the form.

Barely anyone was actually using it. The guy who set that up also sold his uConsole. Would have been nice to be able to transfer the form to someone else though.

The fact I noticed it going away means at least I was actually using it, and the timestamps from the file (latest being july 2nd 2024) lead me to believe I wasn’t the only one.
That said I understand that this was a voluntary thing from the community member who wanted to help others since Clockwork themselves are too busy to give you any updates other than generic “90 business days” copypasta from their FAQ and once in two-months update about how they are progressing with batches.

Hey man, thanks for getting the sheet back up. I realize that this is something you did voluntarily in attempt to help out the community and that maintaining it takes time you might not necessarily have anymore. Life happens.
By the way do you still happen to have invite link for that discord you mentioned in OP? Sadly that link has expired as well and I don’t really mean to bother you any more than necessary.
