what is order number ?
How long does it take to ship? Do you get an email confirmation that your exchange has been submitted? Or information that your payment has gone through?

I have FedEx tracking information and can see itās in California but I donāt have a delivery date yet.
It currently seems to take around 8 months on average
You get an order confirmation when you order and pay, and then an email when it finally ships, nothing in between unless you contact alex and ask him for updates.
Alexās updates arenāt that accurate and will usually tell you itās going to ship soon, and the last time you ask heāll be right, but only because they finally shipped
But for @Astrox it was just a month!? 
Maybe they ship faster to Australia? Seems like at least some of the delay is due to destination. It would make sense that shipments to other areas in Asia would be faster, and maybe Australia is close enough to receive that benefit too. Iād imagine American shipments are the slowest, especially in recent years.
Astrox probably got lucky on ordering right before a batch was about to be produced, so maybe that combined with easier shipping led to arrival in a month?

I am from India and its 3 hours from flight
I think rpishop.cz is currently out of stock on the wifi model, but they have regular restocks and ship all over the EU if you get tired of waiting but still want a uconsole thatās an option

I Brought the same week and got told the same thing of restarting shipping after lunar new year im cancelling after exactly a year may 26th 2026.
though I also want to add from Alex I have been told my unit has been manafactured just not shipped I recommend checking if yours is the same.
I recommend not bothering Alex with constant emails, so he can get on with his work instead of having to keep replying to emails. If thereās any news regarding an order, one will automatically receive an email. Iāve never heard of a case where constantly asking about an order has actually sped things up.

FWIW: I placed an order in early June 2025 (CM4 Lite + 4G), along with a A-06 Core. I received the A-06 in August 2025, I think. But the uConsole is out for delivery with FedEx today (Texas, USA)! So, took about 10 months ā patience is definitely a requirement

I have now requested a refund for my order and put an order in with OpenSourceSDR the price over there worked out as roughly $10 more so will update with how long they take to ship my order.

i have just received my shipping notice 28 Mar 2026 for order 376xx placed on 28 Apr 2025 for a uConsole no cm, no LTE.

My OpenSourceSDR order has already shipped and Clockwork have already processed my refund so honestly if you want the U-Console and donāt want the wait seems like a really good option

Update today: I had my mail ready to cancel (as mentioned last week), but got my FedEx-mail also: Expected delivery is April 2nd. Strangely though ClockworkPi didnāt sent any communication about this?
thatās extremely faster than expected. they do have a warehouse in the US so I guess that helped. glad to hear that!
