I have an order in with ClockworkPi sense late November, seeing here how long orders are taking I place an order with OpenSource and it took 11 days from order to delivered to my door in Idaho.

On 18.03.26 I ordered the exact same kit over at OpenSourceSDRLab, it arrived today 30.03.26 and i now hold a working uConsole in my Hands 
Overall, i payed 16.16$ more over there.
But the stock is real and the shipment is fast

There have been a number of posts over the past few years that confirmed an email was received from Clockwork around the time the device was actually delivered. In my case, I think I got the email the day before it arrived, and I think some other folks received it the day it arrived, or maybe even after it arrived. They seem to always send the email, but except as paper trail proof, it’s kind of useless since you may get the device before the email arrives.
It’s better to track it via the shipping company. Their emails/website are really the only information you have to go on when it comes to where the device actually is, and when it might arrive.
Another problem is that some of us do not even have a shipping mail yet…
Well, I just got pissed off and decided to pull the trigger and cancel my uConsole order here and placed one with OpenSourceSDR. For $15 more it’s worth it to know that it’s actually going to arrive in a reasonable amount of time. I had ordered a Black Wifi only, NON kit in late Sept 2025. 6 months for something that’s stated to be “in stock” (yes I know) is just utter BS and totally shady. It should at a minimum say “backordered” unless they have it on the shelf, built, boxed and ready to ship the next day. They literally are getting 6+ month interest free loans from all of us. Technically what they are doing is illegal in the USA (you’re legally not allowed to charge for a product unless it ships within 30 days of the payment processing date). I’ve had enough waiting around…

I think they restarted shipping I also got a Fedex email today (31st March 2026) ordered 25 may 2025 order number 392xx. Silver, 4g, no core.

I did the similar. I ordered one from Aliexpress (around a week for delivery), and then one from OpenSourceSDRLab last week. I got that one in less then 7 days.
Im still going to wait on my original order. As Its actually a gift for later in the summer. I just hope it gets here in time.
I just went to opensourceSDR and checked. Yes, the difference is only USD15, which seems reasonable for getting your device more than half a year earlier. It’s also considerably better than many of the Aliexpress scalper prices.
But I ordered in August 2025 (order 42xxx) so at this point I might as well keep waiting. Thank you for your update @fdimmling , this data point has helped me decide.

Around end of November when I followed up, I was told there was a delay due to bad quality components.
Begining of March were told it will be shipped in March, as shipping delay due to Lunar New Year.
FedEx notified me on MAR/30.

I guess all our orders went in the same plane; from Charles de Gaulle mine went to Amsterdam Schiphol and sitting there since yesterday… I ordered yesterday 2x Samsung 35E batteries and those were just delivered this afternoon and I’m waiting for the Silver Uconsole.

I had a similar problem with my PicoCalc last year. The delay was due to the custom clearing. I had to pay for the tax, online PayPal, then shipment proceeded, but it took about 3 days extra.
