As long as Clockworkpi is fulfilling bulk orders there will be scalpers. Is there any legitimate reason for bulk buying that isn’t reselling? Clockworkpi will go where the money flows from and if they can get consistent bulk orders those will be the priority.
Seems to me this works hand in hand…
If clockwork got up to date on single orders then the scalpers wouldn’t bother doing bulk orders since they couldn’t sell them.

Do we have conformation that Clockworkpi is giving bulk order priority? Is it just rumors? I just found out about the Clockworkpi a month ago, did not know this was a thing.
Just do it, certainly worth it.
I canceled my order and purchased one from Ali Express too. Showed up in less than ten days as well!
Got a coreless unit, with the cellular modem. I even got lucky with a black one (the color selection was random with the reseller I used).
That’s just my two cents and experience. The uConsole is great.
The wait? Not so much.
Skip the wait. One less headache.

Today I recived 4G module for DOA replacement.
Tooks 9days since I emailed to Alex but quite acceptable.
Actually I got email from Alex after I recievd module. 
I was bit afraid to install replacement if ever main board has problem replacement become broken again but it power on with 4G module and never ever over hearting like that before.
New 4G module works 100% correctly. 
So now uConsole play sound as well.
This week I"ll short trip to my province to visit my mom’s husbund in the hospital so I"ll use this in the train with 4G.

So the overall customer service is quite good, I assume, which is good to hear.
I was concerned about not being able to fix it down the road should anything gone wrong.

Good to know we have this option. A little premium is nothing compare to saving the valuable time.
There is nothing wrong with scalpers, when there is a need, there is a market for it.
Meanwhile, I’ll be waiting and regard this as a practice of patience.

It’s pretty obvious that they are based on the seller’s stock on AliExpress. IF, the sellers are ordering 1 by 1 from different people/addresses that is a hell of a lot of work and I commend them. But I think it would be pretty difficult to make any money as a reseller if you didn’t have a reliable supplier. There are multiple resellers on AliExpress and they usually list their remaining stock and how many units they’ve sold in the past.

I saw some guys with the same configurations here who did already get the uconsole…
I also wrote Alex some emails and Everytime it’s in the next batch…

You know… I didn’t really believe you guys until I took it upon myself to search aliexpress. There are tons of them wth is this?! Why are we having to wait when scalpers obviously have boxes upon boxes of them!?

I saw the same thing.
I am starting to feel like the only reason we are waiting is because we ordered one unit. If we were a reseller or scalper that ordered say… 100 units. I bet we would be first in line… Are we waiting simply because they are having trouble fulfilling reseller orders?!
I have been waiting 8 months now and I am starting to feel like I need to just cancel my order and say it wasn’t meant to be. I was REALLY hoping this would be reality and that maybe just maybe it would be upgradable to the CM5. But I’ll be damned if this is starting to not feel right…

@Jesse I think we can set up a uConsole distribution system.
Say, we gather all the information from all of us, and sum up all the orders from Europe, North America, South America, and perhaps Japan, Korea,
then add up the number, and place order through one account, then we ship that to one place, say, for Europe, we ship it to either Germany or Switzerland or somewhere the import tax is lower (Liechtenstein, perhaps, I believe?). for North America, we ship to North Dakota (don’t know why ,first thing came to my mind), and for S. America, we ship to Brizal or somewhere
Then we can all gather to that place and get our units, and also have a off line gathering as well, have some coffee, visit some museums and etc.
Sounds like a lot of fun!
