Good for you. Here I am still waiting 28655. Last Iāve been told was ā3 more batchesā I guess they donāt do it by the numbers but by the configuration, and one which includes black with 4G and CM4 is just woefully behind those who go for no-core.

Itās the case, and, no pun intended, the case is the worst offenderā¦ looks like a huge number of black cases were just done ā¦ then the core and/or 4G module changes the odds of getting it or not, crossing fingers for you !

I getting frustrated seeing that the orders past my are delivered and my still waiting for CM4. (I made the 2 strike failure - two weeks after I ordered uC I received my ābigā box of CM4 ordered a year earlier)

Yes, Iāve been following both this thread and the separate Google Sheets document that has been used to track latest received and itās pretty apparent that Order # !== Order of reception. When one person receives a configuration similar to yours you can assume a batch of your configuration got rolled out and thatās one less. I think Alex giving batches remaining is nice but them forgetting to explain what he means by āa batchā is most likely the culprit of a lot of peopleās disappointment in the updates

Got the shipping notice on Friday and the unit arrived Monday (yesterday) in the US.
The unit took very little time to assemble. The only potential hardware issue Iāve noticed is that the keyboard doesnāt seem to be lighting up, even faintly. Maybe thereās a setting I havenāt found yet. The software has been a bit buggy but Iāve been able to figure it out - things like the Raspbian software installer not working initially, and the wifi icon disappearing after an update.
EDIT: Got the backlight on, but as others have noted, itās uneven and sloppy. Still, none of the quality control issues people have complained about on this forum.
Itās neat, but not as fun as Iād hoped - the whole thing feels a little clunky and bulky, and the keyboard is kinda mushy. It definitely looks cool and I expect to turn some other nerdsā heads. I guess itās worth the little money they charged, and Iām glad I wasnāt tempted to pay scalper prices for it.
Ultimately the product isnāt enough to overcome the bad experience of the companyās misleading marketing and dishonest emails. Not that my business will make a drop of difference to them, but I still feel like I wonāt be buying from or recommending Clockwork Pi in the future.

Got my uConsole Monday (8/12, CM4 Core, WIFI no 4G, matte black, order #24754 (who cares I already got it))
Ordered sometime late October in 2023
Shipping from HK to NYC was extremely fast considering thereās a DHL center not far from me.
Iām pretty happy with it. Even reading the forums I knew it would take a while. I just put it in the back of my mind, but I will say I audibly GASPED when I got the shipping notification
Build feels great, assembly was easy.
I received what I wanted: a cool neat handheld Linux device
Iām a simple man and I got my simple product. Iāll be fiddling with this forever.
I hope this lets people know theyāre catching up (Clockwork) for individuals over vendors, cause when I read some posts itās like this is all yāall are looking forward to. So with that, Iāll say I hope you get yours soon.

Review After using the uconsole for a month now (server managing, programing and web development, protesting and other stuff) I have to say that the paintings on the sides and the back are tearing of. For some mer stack development I would recommend to get a better cm4 than the included in the package (didnāt try an other just thinking to get one) it runs really good with the official os in the WiFi module isnāt supporting the monitor mode (need an adapter) the Retropie os that is provided by community is really nice for some retro gaming I really like it.
Some keys on the keyboard didnāt work properly like spacebar or letter L or D .
All in all it is an fantastic piece of work for some IT enthusiast and hobby programmer.

Yeah, that makes sense actually.
Already mentioned above that my November 2023 order showed up but I figured Iād pop back in here for those still waitingā¦ itās worth the wait. This may be the single coolest machine Iāve had and Iāve had a bunch. Itās actually usable!!
Only thing that would make it better is an expansion board that will allow for KVM like on the GPD Pocket 3 (which I donāt own because itās so expensive) but the feature is real cool for folks who have to work on other machines a lot.
I know I saw while I was waiting a lot of folks building expansion boards so Iāll have to poke around and see what people have come up with and if they are available for purchase

Got my uConsole 3 days ago, everything works great! Now I need to learn more about Linux 
Using Rexās Bookworm image and all my software runs just like on my regular Pi 4 (I have the CM4 core).
If any one is selling or knows somebody that sells it at a good price dm me please, tired of waiting.
One user told me that Alex just canceled his order:
