At the end my order was canceled but still not geting my refund, I’m starting to thing this is a scam…
Update, I got my refund, it toke more thank normal but that gave me back the confidence. Fair is Fair so I update the post.

Order 268xx from Feb 1 2024 arrived this week - RPI-CM4, Black, WiFi
Really enjoying it and worth the wait as others have said - fun build and good quality.
Some points:
- the CM4 board can install upside down (you will see back light but no boot)
- the WIFI antenna goes on the CM4 board not the main board
- press down on the battery board contacts to make sure they make good contact
- the included wifi antenna seems to struggle with signal / against the case (you can lift it off a bit with foam tape) - will try a stubby external
- Batteries I am using are " EBL 18J-TC Lithium Batteries, 3.7V Li-ion" and working well

Just got my order today it was 26xxx ordered December 2023… so it took a year but it arrived.
Everything works but there is a problem with the machining in one of the corners where the screw goes in …bad thread… other than that is working as intended!

Nice tool, but waited 10 months for it.

The more I read this thread, the more I’m regretting ordering from them directly. It seems like the options are waiting a year to get it or pay an extra $100 to get it from a scalper and at this point $100 for a year faster shipping doesn’t sound bad. It’s kinda a bummer that they are running things like this. I feel like I got scammed. I’m gonna try to forget that I ordered it. This looks like pocketchip all over again.
ask for refund – you should get your money back in a few days.
I will just keep it there a motivation for everyone to wait for their order with compute module 4: compute module 5
and it even may be a drop-in replacement… may be. Please someone try!

It seems the Cm4 is slowing down most peoples orders, so I just sent an email to Alex to have it removed from my order. I managed to find a place with them in stock, so I ordered an 8Gb model from them. Hopefully now I can get my uconsole soon (Silver Wifi ordered August 13th).

Received my uConsole yesterday exactly 9 months after the order date. I can tell ClockworkPi spent time on the packaging to make this seem like a premium product. Only issue I had was that the dip switches on the back of the keyboard module were falling off and needed to be resoldered. OS booted right up and I was watching YouTube in minutes.

Yes, please someone give the CM5 a go! I already have my CM4 8gb, but would love to upgrade (I don’t have my uConsole yet 301xx)

I’m just gonna sit on my order. I’ll probably see if the Pilet actually launches and go for that and gift the uconsole if it ever shows up. I don’t wanna armchair QB the company but realistic estimations of the ship times isn’t an unreasonable request. I just hope the company doesn’t go under and I lose the money all together like everyone did with Next Thing Co. $200 gamble at this point I guess.

I just received my uConsole and I loved it even before I put it together.
Now that I’ve put it together and got it running I can say that the 10 month wait was worth it!

PS: I have a perhaps difficult question: If I want to give someone a uConsole as a birthday present and order it now, is there a realistic chance that I will receive it by their birthday in August 2025?
And does it make a difference to the delivery time whether I choose a black or silver model including CM4 and LTEmodule?

Got a question when they finally do Ship do they give you a Tracking number?, and notify you in a Email or text
I got a SMS from DHL first then 2 days later I got a email form clockwork both had tracking numbers.

Regarding delivery tracking, I can’t answer for other countries but to the UK, it was FedEx and I got tracking plus an estimated time on the named delivery day.

Maybe he is still considering your estimated shipping time.
