@AlexDuan Would you be able to let us know when shipping will start?
It seems that since 20/04 it’s awaiting export license from China, over a month seems abnormally long, is everything alright?

Should we start asking about refound instead of when shipping? Maybe this could help them to at least give us some feedback about the progress!

My order was placed on October 29th, but Alex told me that my order is not on the first batch of shipping list. So which day did everyone place your orders? Maybe you are not on the first batch list either, haha. So it’s better to get back to life and try to forget about uconsole as much as possible, because we don’t even know when the first batch will be shipped, let alone the later batches.

pretty wrong if you ordered within 2 day of the opening of the preorder.
@MHam68HC11 we dont know but Tekko contacted Alex who confirmed he is not on the first batch ( and he ordered pretty early too).

Shipping order is probably based on processor type availability - on the DevTerm the first to ship where a certain processor type then followed by subsequent lines of processors as they received them from the supplier. The kit came in a nice cardboard box with all the components in a plastic tray so be careful opening and accessing parts in that you might loose screws/small parts - on the DevTerm I had left the on/off button in the box for like 2 months… going to be offline possibly for 5 days - great weekend everyone! hope to see a notification when I get back!
