If order numbers are sequential, they sell a LOT of devices!

I am in excatly the same boat, july purchase, prommissed dec, then jan now it is the middle of feb and i am just being lied to, staright up lies. Tell me something to get me off their back for a week or two then magically another issues arrises to prevent a delivery when they said it should happen.

While i will hold out for this as already invested more money in add-ons and my own CM5, I will not order from here again after this.

My last question to them remains unanswered but am not surprised as I was blunt in my response so i may be on the S**t list now.

Just saw an influencer on Insta unboxing their third uConsole. When I asked how they got it so fast, they basically said their follower count got them VIP treatment. It’s frustrating to see ā€˜normal’ customers get pushed to the back of the line while influencers get all the stock.

Its just infuriating, and I only ordered in Nov. I feel terrible for all those who have waited a year+ for theirs. A LOT of people gave me shit for going to Aliexpress AFTER I ordered from Clockwork, I am still waiting on the Clockwork order, but the Aliexpress Order only took 9 days to come to Canada.

I was fully unaware of the shipping delays, as I had not found these forums until AFTER I purchased, my fault, I should have dug deeper. I have routinely put money into startups or makers, I feel its a good investment for all. Even now, I feel its a good way to advance small business, but there is still that bad taste when I read or hear about how its managed.

My fault, 95%. I can’t blame them for prioritizing… but I didnt expect blatant tom foolery like this.

Ordered in June 25. Should have shipped in October, but didn’t (obviously!). Promised for November, then December, then January. Advised in early February that it was packed and ready to ship. Chased it again, only to be told that there’s a holiday now and it won’t ship until March at the earliest.

If I’d been told how long it was going to take then I wouldn’t have bothered, but I’ve bought a CM5 and the board that allows me to program it, and the 18650 batteries, so cancelling now just leaves me stuff I don’t need and out of pocket.

By the time I get this thing (if that ever happens) it will probably be obsolete.

Appalling communications and appalling customer service.

I am VERY unhappy with how this whole thing has been, and continues to be, managed.

Next Charge seems to be shipped in march. Alex wrote they have Lunar new year vacation till 03rd of march. Hope he ist right an deliverys will BE in march for next Charge.

Any one know How much Order they ship in one batch? and batch with multiple config or same like only non core they send in one batch.

a batch is only one config which also makes it hard to figure out how many they actually ship in a batch

I was told there was a defective batch issue several months ago and that my unit would ship as soon as possible. Since then, nothing. I’ve tried contacting support multiple times but haven’t received any response.

I’m still really looking forward to getting the device, just trying to understand where things actually stand. Any updates or shared experiences from others waiting would be much appreciated!

Also, my shipping address has changed since the original order, so that’s another thing to figure out when the time comes.

I think the recent batch that shipped was a non-4G batch. So it seems like the 4G ones are still waiting. (Not that I know why. Simply a guess I made based on people’s reports.)

Sounds like everyone in Customer Services department needs to be fired.

I ordered mine 28 April 2025. Order #376xx. Black barebones, no cellular module. Alex said December, then January, now it is March. My first uConsole took less than 3 months to get, the second one was about the same. Now, it’s been a year and I am actually starting to worry.

Dear Alex,

I am writing to request a clear and definitive update regarding the delivery of my uConsole order.

At the time of purchase, the expected delivery timeframe was stated as approximately 90 business days after the order date. That period passed without delivery or any proactive communication.

When I followed up in December, I was informed that shipment might occur in January. When I checked again in February, I was told that delivery was expected in March. We are now in March, and I still have no confirmation of shipment or a firm delivery date.

This ongoing uncertainty and the repeated shifting of timelines have been extremely frustrating. I paid for this item in full and have been waiting far beyond the originally stated timeframe, while having to repeatedly chase updates.

Please provide a clear and specific answer to the following:

  • Has my unit been manufactured?

  • Has it been scheduled for shipment?

  • When can I realistically expect it to ship and be delivered?

At this point, I would appreciate a direct and honest update rather than another tentative estimate.

I also want to be transparent that this experience has been deeply disappointing. Regardless of how interesting future products from Clockwork Pi may be, the level of customer service and communication I have experienced during this order has ensured that I will not be purchasing from your company again once this order is fulfilled.

I would appreciate a prompt response with a concrete update on the status of my order.

Looking at your posts it is kind of clear that I will not be receiving mine in this lifetime. I am at 469xx.

Did anybody try to get their money back? I could use the 250€ for some useful stuff that delivers.
