They told me in chat support that my uConsole (190xx, 25/10/22, A-06) delivery would be next batch.
If really concerned, I suggest you contact them.
But they are probably very busy right now and will take some time to reply.

It is almost effortless to track this down, I just need to keep reading here looking for the highest order number that received the shipment email.
I will do that soon in my review waiting for my cm4 adapter that was missing.
Thatâs not accurate information though, you would never actually know the highest order number shipped so the estimates could and likely would be way off.
Why I mentioned it wouldnât be accurate without offical input.
Edit: Plus the contents of the order may alter the shipping order.
But is close to an estimate we can be without official data, I did the same with Steam Deck, over time it got really close to a real world ETA.
Agree.
Only CPi team members know how many reservations they have and how many they are shipping at a time.
Additionally, looks they are not actually shipping according to the order number.
I donât even know how they are prioritized, so we have to remain calm and wait for the shipping notification email.
I preordered the A-06 model 4 hours after the announcement and Iâm not in the first batch.
Needless to say I donât think the orders are really going out based on order numbers.
Clockworkpi is most likely shipping units in bulk based on how many they can fulfill to a specific region - thus cutting down on shipping cost.
They said 90 days, itâs contractual, if they cannot deliver in time itâs a breach of contract and people should ask for a refund. I know I will, thereâs plenty of gadget to buy
I did post a video of me assembling mine yesterday - thereâs a link in another thread to it.
I donât understand why there are no [ and ] buttons next to the P, since there is empty space there. But looks awesome otherwise.
You do have the right to get a refund, but then you wonât have a uConsole. Iâd personally just keep waiting.
Do keep in mind that the long wait was for development to (start and) finish and production to start; right now they are just producing more and shipping them out, something which usually progresses much faster.
Alex himself also repeatedly brought up that batches should ship quite closely, without huge wait times in between.
Jesus man, just do it.
Personally, I never expected it to ship in 90 days and happy to support a cool project/device like this.
@dav3 sure, just saying that if they canât deliver people should ask for a refund, buy something else and come back to the uConsole when they would actually have them made.
I mean why bother say â90 days deliveryâ then ?
I get that theyâre not a big tech company and they do what they can but a deal is a deal and I didnât force them to write 90 days
When does your 90 time window end?
Itâs not a deal.
It literally states:
âthe estimated delivery time is approximately 90 business days.â
Cmon manâŚ
Can you see me drooling:)
Man, Clockworkpi is s small teams who do the maximum to bring to us wonderful products, I m sure they do everything to ship faster, but please, let them a chance, Alex seems to be a nice guy who answer as much as he can. We are already very lucky to have the chance ton order an so unusual product!
If youâre really this pissed off about it go ahead and cancel your order. Will free up hardware for the rest of us that are waiting.
